Luis Ayohua owns and runs El Centauro Market and La Tricolor food truck on Highway 70 in Grantsburg.
Produce on the shelves, meat at the counter, pan dulce in the case. The truck cooks with the same food we sell inside.
Call your truck order ahead and it's ready when you pull in. No waiting around.
Never shopped a Mexican market? Ask anything. Nobody here will make you feel lost.
Luis's story goes here: where he's from, how the market started, and why Grantsburg.
Today the market carries groceries from Mexico, Central and South America, with a bakery, butcher counter, money transfers and the food truck out front.

Pan dulce, pastries and tres leches cake.
Fresh meat cut to order.
Tamales, burritos and more from La Tricolor out front.
